Strings of Autumn
Remember these string pictures from a while back? They have sort of made their way back into our repertoire these days, in a couple different forms. (After reading this book to my kindergarten co-op class, we made half moon string pictures with purple yarn. They turned out really cute.)
The other project has more of a fall twist. Although it’s just not possible to get around to doing every project I run across, I really do think we’ll have to be making these fall mobiles to grace our table from now until Thanksgiving. They are just darling.
If you’re looking for a few last minute ways to decorate and enjoy autumn, head on over to Mod Mamas to see some of Shelly’s favorite fall projects and recipes. She rarely disappoints!
I sure hope you enjoy this season of reflection and praise. We are so very blessed…

Love that mobile! Did you try those tangled pumpkins? I found them impossible! The kids couldn’t really do it, so I ended up helping a lot. It was hard, even for me. The yarn just kept sticking to my fingers. I like your yarn pictures much better.
I never ended up trying the pumpkins. Glad you could head me off at the pass, though. They looked charming, so I probably would have tried it eventually…
