Aunt Deb! I've never heard of The BB Book. We'll have to investigate. We do love Daisy-Head Mayzie. It's just hard to beat Dr. Seuss!

Despite having no children or grandchildren my last trip to the library netted me three Doctor Seuss books - The Butter Battle Book,McElligot's Pool and Daisy-Head Mayzie. Vacationing last week in Rhode Island I saw the Butter Battle Book at a diner we ate in, and it looked so interesting and not a title I remembered.
It's amazing what you can find at the library!

The library is feast or famine with us. We go through spells where we practically live at the library, then we have periods of buying books, or loan some from friends.

The reading is constant here, but the source is ever changing.

If I would go to the library more, I wouldn't need so many bookcases around here! My house is starting to look like a library...and I LOVE THAT. :-)

We have recently read (to the kids) Alice in Wonderland, and Frankenstein.
I am reading The Time Traveler's Wife. My hubby just finished the last Harry Potter.

My kids ADORE The Boxcar Children. They "play" boxcar children. It's cute.
