Yes, we’re still renovating. It’s a slow process, but coming along nicely at the same time. It’s hard when you have to live and work and exist at the same time. Finding time to work on it and still be sane is a tricky thing, but we’re managing. I mean look at this beautiful plate of food!
Welcome to dinner at our house…
Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs. Here is how I tweaked it: I used skin on, bone in chicken thighs and crisped them up in my skillet before adding veggies and seasonings. Substitute Dijon for regular mustard and serve over cous cous with steamed broccoli on the side.


Our home repair tools/messes always end up taking over our kitchen. Fun times.
