Night on the Town
As part of our anniversary fun last week, we tried out the Stardust Cafe in a nearby town. What a great little spot for some gourmet food in a relaxed atmosphere! That’s my kind of place, let me tell you.
Everything was delicious, even my husband’s burger, served on artisan bread. See, he’s not quite as adventurous as I am when it comes to food, so when he asked the server what exactly artisan bread was, she giggled a little and said, “Well….homemade.” He was sold. And that burger was gone in no time.
A little stroll around town, (including a bookstore which was actually named “Bookstore” and gourmet food store, called “Bella“) and we were good to go. Unfortunately, all the great little thrift shops were closed for the evening when we got there. I’m definitely going back. I just know there is some great stuff waiting to be snatched up by me. Hang on, goodies! I’m coming.
I’ve never been. Looks like a great date night. I’m going to see if I can get there sometime soon.
